Shipping

Packages will be shipped weekly to the address entered at checkout in your account on our website. If you need to update your shipping address, please notify us by emailing info@tifoon.com.au

Shipping insurance is available upon request; packages are not automatically insured. To add insurance to your order, please contact us for a quote.

Please Note: We are not responsible for packages that become lost or damaged

Refunds

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept product returns, and refunds are generally not allowed. However, in rare circumstances, a refund may be considered if we are notified before the start of the respective live break. If the live break has begun, no refunds or returns will be possible.

If a refund is approved, a 5% fee will be applied to cover non-refundable payment provider fees. Alternatively, you may opt for store credit to avoid any additional refund fees.
